GTA San Andreas Hydra Lock-on does not work.

Hi All! I am new to this forum, and I wanted to ask a quick question. I did not see this problem mentioned anywhere else, so I thought I ask you here.

My problem is that when I get into the Hydra, the lock-on target key (spacebar) does not do anything. All I can do is shoot missiles in a straight line. I tried looking up in the controls, but there is nothing related to this anywhere. 

Due to this issue I am unable to complete the "Vertical Bird mission" since there is no way to hit the other jets. Did anybody else face the same issue?

These must be the default controls.. You may check it from here..

 

Actually there is a "Speedrunner Way" to bypass this issue. All you have to do (WAS NOT FOLLOW THE DAMN TRAIN OFFCOURSE ) is fly your jet under the legs of Carver Bridge really carefully and look for the jets if they are destroyed.. You can also land on anywhere and take them out (Along with Spy Boats) with Minigun or Heat Seeking Rocket Launcher..

You hold SPACEBAR for lock on and press secondary fire, LCTRL by default
