I've been following these fellas for a couple of years now, and this gotta be the best indie game I ever seen.

 

A GTA style game in Brazil? Sign me up, baby! Last time I saw a post on their Facebook page, they're using Google Maps of Brazil for the layout, I believe they're using Unreal Engine 5 now too. You can find this beta online to try it out, it's 11GB if I remember right. I follow them on their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, I even signed up for their news letter. This indie game is gonna be tight when it's done.
