Pretty sure Port Gellhorn is at the northwestern most coords, motel with the guy who ranted about LifeInvader might be part of the town itself too going off some of the motel event files.

I think you are on point here.  I expect a lot of lakes and swamp land.  Also a lot of map will be water with islands if they include the Key West.  

 

Possibly a mission or two in Cuba?  Who really knows.

I thought this was possible, but in a video we saw, when the player is going onto the freeway, there appears to be, what I though was a rollercoaster.

So, interesting development: Port Gellhorn is, apparently, Sebring and Lake Okeechobee area. That one sattelite shot we got is a perfect match for the Sebring Racetrack, as well as looking pretty similar to an are on the south end of Lake Jackson.

 

So they either smushed Sebring and Fort Myers together, which would be weird, or the map is gonna be twice as wide as we currently know...

That'd be a first in gta history, you have to license a track to use it.

it's gonna be flat. Florida ain't known for dramatic elevation changes...

Sorry if this content was already discussed or not. but i have just to point one thing about port gellhorn, that scene with police shooting. Clearly LoanDepot Park is at the background (25:49 in Dyllie youtube 53:25 minutes video)

 

The other thing is that I believe Crandon Park Tennis in Key Biscayne is the Baseball park showed in the Rockstar Content Editor menu, in Dyllie video at 41:41 (the difference is the distance scale between it and Brickell, like four seasons hotel for example)

This could make sense because Port St. Lucie is the 7th most populated city in Florida

A lot of the art is likely not allowed to be an exact replica so that's something we should expect with the next game. Plus I'm sure Rockstar want to make a lot of their own custom art / graffiti and place it around the map.

Distance + Coords = Scale

We can compare this against GTA V and determine the new map scale.

This are here is called Wynwood, very popular for its street art on a lot of buildings, there's art galleries all over but also a nightlife spot with clubs,bars,lounges and restaurants. It's gonna be dope going thru there in game
