On Emotion Fernado martinez says he saw a man with a pony tail singin to a women. I think the Man he saw  Was Barry Stark - The Nudist hes in Gta3 on Chatterbox By The Way. And the Women he saw was Jenny Louise Craft On GTA 3s Chatterbox complaining about phones In Libertycity. Or Jan Brown who is jane From GTA3s Chatterbox the one from cedar grove complaining about how difficult it is being a parent.

 

They have gotta be who fernado saw or could be Lazlow and that waitress. he mentions it on vice citys v rock and Lazlow does interview fernando on GTA3s chatterbox. Possible Connection There.
