Looking back at it, it's unlikely a moonbeam. False alarm. Looks more like a 6x6 burrito van. Still pretty crazy though.

Thats why I got a question mark after it in the OP. Idk if I’ll either do that for the vehicles themselves on the list or give a whole nother category for cars whose existence is unconfirmed

It looked like a 1966-1968 Chevy Impala Station Wagon (not this one but the one shown in the gameplay)

They're referring to the Chevy G20 conversion van. I took another look at it, and you can actually see the double rear wheels on the opposite side clearly, so it is indeed a 6x6 for some reason.

I hope they can add cars from older GTAs and just say it's an older model. Like imagine owning a 1992 Feltzer, 2008 Feltzer, and a 2013 Feltzer.

I have to say, what they did to the Toros interior was wild. I'd love to see that for every car. I know some interiors will still be shared or older, but that was super impressive to me. I can only imagine what they did with the Enus interiors.

 

As funny as it sounds, it reminds me of GTA IV. GTA IV didn't have FPV and the interiors are pixelated, but all of the high-end cars had detailed and unique interiors, as they should. If we're going back to that, but with working features this time... then my mind will be blown.

What if... the power seat & steering wheel adjustments are there to automatically adjust to the height of whoever's in the driver seat? Lucia is shorter than Jason and it would make sense that their driving positions are adjusted accordingly.

 

R* is, despite everything, really well focused on the tinier details.

That would cool but I really wonder how they'd work as far as controls. It could get pretty cluttered, and nobody (in terms of modding GTA V) seems to implement them correctly. I'd just wind up being like a BMW driver, where you can use them but don't bother.

 

Windows is a must. It's annoying how that's not even an option with V. So many cars look better with all of the windows down, that is a must-have feature.

Do them like how the original Mafia 1 did. If you turn the turn signals do it automatically.

Since these haven't been mentioned here yet I noticed what appeared to be a 1959 or 1960 Cadillac as well as the return of the Emperor from IV & V. Both can be seen driving past on the road to the right in the clip of Jason at a large open gas station.

 

EDIT: Someone already mentioned the Cadillac, oops.

In the first tweet I saw, revealing this historic event, was a still image showing the red Ford Torino pickup truck (at least it looked like a Torino at that angle), and my first thought was, oh sh!t (and not in good way), this game's gonna be back in the 1980s. I was not happy at that moment. Seems like it will be in the modern era, however, which makes me happy.

 

EDIT: Specifically, the first GTA 6 still I saw had a car just like this real world vehicle.  Crestfallen, I thought, "Ah, sh!t, here we go again. The 1980s ..."

Has anyone been able to make the car Jason’s aiming out of in the backseat? We may not have gotten a good enough view to see what it definitively is because from my view it could be any modern sedan.

Hey y’all, I updated the OP with rules, a note on credibility, and updated the car list with which leak the car was seen in. If anyone can help with the later, that would be great! Otherwise I’ll just have to put “shown in unknown capacity” when I mention it.

 

When I get to my pc tomorrow I’ll make it look better by categorizing them by type

partial repost from a locked thread. One of the videos showed a car interior with adjustable sun visors, steering wheels and seats, being controlled via the DevUI.

 

Which seems like an awful lot for players to do (unless it's automatic when entering a vehicle), so I think it may have been a cutscene vehicle interior where you'd see a character adjusting all of those.

Probably most of the cars are placeholders because seeing the traffic cars really bothers me, like seeing a convertible track locust driving on the street or 5 lifted trucks at an intersection or the majority of vehicles on the road are older than 1970, traffic still has some refining to do.

The interior was super detailed, so if it was a schafter than that is good news for older cars getting updated details and interiors
