I still cannot believe we just went from having literally nothing concrete about this game to over an hour of leaked footage. Big props to whoever managed to get it, this is absolutely batsh*t incredible and I will be spending the rest of the day looking through every single bit of it

I don't understand the point of sending some random clips from the full videos and then saying that there's no euphoria at all. If you check out the full footage of, for example, the police shootout (the video from your 4th link, but i'm talking about the full 2-minute version of this clip), you can clearly see the euphoria in its full glory by the way how cops react when they're getting shot.

Think so. Id have expected it in October anyway but they might quicken the process given what has happened. Id expect something by Wednesday honestly. Practically no chance they will do anything tomorrow because of the Queens Funeral. Given what has happened it wouldn’t surprise me if they go straight to a full trailer and jump the screenshots.

You won't see progress that easily in a development build because not everything is active at the same time, you'll only see whatever they were testing at the time of recording...

We don't actually know this. Cyberpunk 2077 was announced in 2012, but did not begin active, full-force development until around the time The Witcher 3's post-launch support was wrapped up. 

 

GTA VI was also only just recently revealed formally by R* on their Newswire/Twitter. So active development could've started semi-recently, relatively speaking.

In San Andreas it made sense tho, specially taking into account all the conspirancy stuff, and they integrated it into the game's story, so it wasn't such a sore thing in the game IMO
