How are you sure that this is real and not a fake? I don't know anything about programming, I am barely able to plug in my monitors into my computer without setting them on fire and thats why I am looking for a simple explanation. Thanks.

It's hard to explain in simple terms, but all the information onscreen (movement, status, etc) scream debug build.

Because it would take large amounts of time, money, effort and talent, as well as showing tools that only Rockstar devs have access to.

I've been around since rumours of SA back on gta-sanandreas.com and it's forums. This leak has given me serious vibes from a younger age!

The fox avatar guy has provided some amazing comical value on here. I hope R* see his posts and integrates some sort of tongue-in-cheek parody about this post (and him) into the game.

This can not be fake, it's just too accurate. There's SO MUCH attention to detail. There are even slack notification sounds going off during one of the videos it's insane.

I'm not sure if the hacker has explained how he got onto a private R* slack channel but I assume he hacked/confidence tricked/phished a single employee and then ran up and down each slack thread downloading what he could. Assuming majority of developers working on this are in Scotland and have the Queen's funeral bank holiday off tomorrow.... there's going to be a sh*t storm in those offices on Tuesday.

(p.s. someone also pointed out a potential person's name from one of the video files. The likelihood is this person just posted it to slack and it wasn't the name of the person who's account was compromised).

You can clearly see the game engine interface is not Unity or Unreal Engine something different (RAGE). They using debugging features in the video, also there is some raycasting, and we can also see a working event system in the video. The mission names are also there. As a developer you can clearly see it's not just a mod. I can't even explain how surprised am I that someone thinks it's just a mod lol.
