Just watched some of the leaked vids. Holy, this is so crazy.

I mean, if those clips are fan-made, there's definitely a very skilled team behind this.

They won't or else people will cry about "parity" and they will need to run off the same engine. We might see some graphical flourishes, but boiled down, they will be the same game, limited by the basic Xbox One.

Anyway what's up with this? on one hand you have these old vehicles, there's also that Vapid 2 door and a old station wagon and on the other hand you have modern vehicles mostly from GTAV, makes me wonder if one of them are simply placeholders or there could be something related to the time periods of the story?

Well, you know, people still drive around old cars in modern times. And GTA V was *filled* with Chevy Bel Airs for some reason as well, so it's not like they're neccessarily paying attention to real life traffic distribution

Well, well. Finally a near-solid GTA VI leak. I noticed the license plates still say San Andreas but given that this is early footage, I'll let that slide.

Their plans to obviously reveal the game in different stages obviously since we know who the protagonists are and what they look like unlike with GTA V and Red Dead 2 where we didn't know key info relating to those games' stories and characters until much nearer their release dates.

Please understand this is clearly early footage considering how some things are still placeholders so it won't look exactly like final. Even with this being very obviously earlier footage where a lot of things are unfinished holy f*ck it looks amazing! There is a screenshot showing a PC build so that's good I guess  

 

Also, RDR2's skybox. House screenshot anyone?

E. Saw the video where the rob the fast food joint, idk why but it really feels like an Unreal engine demo moreso than something rockstar would make. Also, using a new Picador/El Camino model but reusing the gta 5 cop car? Bitch please

It amazes me just how stupid you actually are, and it shows you're not a programmer, especially with your accusation of "spaghetti code", a term which you obviously don't even understand, and have used in a vain attempt to seem smarter than you actually are. The above looks exactly what you would expect of production level C++, especially for a Game Engine such as RAGE. People that know more than you have even mentioned that the debug graphs and messages:

A. Are identical to the ones in RDR2

B. Contain specific function symbols and compile time constants that link to certain parts of RAGE or GTA:V that have been verified through the reverse engineering of RAGE.

The most hilarious thing out of all of this is your inability to even use Google. "David Muir" (whose name is in the header of the screnshot C++ source file) works at Rockstar North as the lead tools programmer according to LinkedIn. There's no way someone faking it would go to such a length to look up Rockstar Employees on LinkedIn, least of all the (one of the) tools developers (which, might I add, also links in to the source file that his name is attached to [`/rage/framework/tools/src`])
