what if I told you it is a dev who leaked this to begin with. it looks like this was a revenge leak to punish rockstar. Check youtube uploads history.  this image was posted to twitter.

Yes there are worms like that, but they don't even need to be downloaded, they can spread on a local network without even knowing, that's a completely different side of what we are talking about. We are talking about downloading a file from a file server, not getting a worm from an RCE vulnerability in computer applications/systems
