That or they didnt update their drivers.. Happens to some gamers too why shouldnt it for them. Or maybe there was a reason for them not to update them at some point.

Nah, the thing is that there's a huge audience for gaming (and other art related) leaks. Things get leaked all the time in every industry, but we don't care as much about how Facebook implements the algorithm for their feed as we care about leaks for GTA. And given this leak seems to be caused by a hacker, so I wouldn't read too much into it
