It wasn’t IV, it was either unreal or unity or some other engine. What a shock that fake leaks are getting more advanced. Way back in the day the best leak you could get was a sh*tty screenshot.

If you watch any R* official "How they made" something in the game the debugs look either the same or very equal. It would be insanely hard to copy R* work, another thing the dinner heist and the scene by the pool to me was what settled it as being 99% real, the flow of conversations and the humor is something that rarely anyone can copy from R*, I'm aboard the real train

Lol the point is they’re both leaks that people took seriously back then. Were you even around here back in the prenannouncement days for V? People were giving as big of a deal for those as we are for this

I must point out, the infrastructure featured in the first YouTube video (traffic lights, electrical transmission towers, street lights) are rather accurate to what can be found in Florida. Some of the telephone poles seem to be reused from Grand Theft Auto V. But as people speculate, it could just be an early build. Only pointing this out because it is going to be overlooked by most people.
