After taking a look some of the footage I've seen the debug being ran on GTX 1080, GTX Titan X and RTX 2080 Super. The Windows 10 build being shown is the 1909 (18363) which dates back to November 2019 and is no longer supported as of May 2021. This footage can be between 1.5 years old to nearly 3 years old. If this surely is legit, the game could look a damn lot different now than these videos show.

 

Edit: There's also RTX 2070 Super footage. The music in the robbery scene is from Diamond Casino Heist, released in December 2019. DX12 SDK build used in the footage was last updated in May 2021. RTX 3080 footage seems also be present.

They're using long-term service releases of Windows (I'm guessing) - the leaks range from March 2021 to just 5 days ago

i was skeptical too as rockstar games don't let leaks happen so i believe this was a pr stunt, universetwisters reacted as any of us would don't fight him on it or me for that matter.

Instead of questioning sh*t, he should have downloaded the files and checked for himself, after a couple of minutes he would have noticed that the leak was real...

Damn and I thought the Red Dead map leak was the craziest thing to happen of all leaks. This sh*t is so hefty that it made me rise from the dead. Also I hope they add more affordable/everyday cars from the game, from the looks of it. I think I saw a Bravado Feroci and some kind of Honda Accord inspired Dinka car in one of the videos? Well it could actually just be a more stock version of a Komoda since it looks like it, but it is hard to tell. That is all I am hoping for.
