Yes, I understand that they may use V assets as placeholder during early development, but the whole tone just doesn't look like a fresh next-gen take on the franchise, it just looks like a continuation of the direction GTA:O has taken. It certainly gives weight to the theory that GTA:O is used as a testing platform for GTA VI content.

I was gonna say what the hell you were talking about with the heart of gold thing but yeah now that I think about it all the crims since Vic have all had some noble intentions for getting involved with crime (Niko for Roman, Johnny for his motorcycle club, Luis for Tony, Huang for his uncle and his dad's stupid sword, Frankie for Lamar and Tanisha, Michael for his family and even Trevor does what he does outta sheer loyalty towards his friends). I'd say even CJ too had his reasons for doing crime and we haven't had a straight up ice cold criminal since Tommy Vercetti

the shootout with the cops footage looks so good, maybe it will change but the euphoria from the leaks seem to be more on par with rdr2 than gta 5's more toned down style
