That NPC with the cap looks way detailed, just like what you would see in RDR2 and whatever building that is it's not the Motor hotel in GTAV, you can also see an interior behind him, an earing to the left side, personally never seen any of these details in GTAV but could be very well modded MLO building and a high quality ped model.

 

Whoever downloaded the videos could you post some screenshots of what seems suspicious.

Wow! Nintendo finally added Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics NPCs to GTA. It's the crossover we never saw coming.

 

I could maybe see this being real, but I doubt it is. Either way, this is a VERY well done leak. Good job! If it is real, then I guess we just saw GTA VI for the first time ever.

I wonder where we've seen these NPCs before...

E. Saw the video where the rob the fast food joint, idk why but it really feels like an Unreal engine demo moreso than something rockstar would make. Also, using a new Picador/El Camino model but reusing the gta 5 cop car? Bitch please

Listen, I want to believe this. But I was already heartbroken by that one map leak in June/July 2021. This has gotta be Saints Row, heavily modded. But props to you. This could very well be real

It's hard to mod something to look like an early build of a game. This is either a really good Unreal Engine project or this is real.

 

I can't help but lean towards real on this one. Especially because of what @rollschuh2282 said rings very true about the debug menu being identical for RDR 2's early build.

It looks like heavily modded GTA V most of the time, and the clips are short and lacking details that confirm it being legit, like showing off the map, or some epic asset that couldn't possibly be faked or something - so it's definitely plausible someone could have faked this - but to mod in all this stuff, create this debug menu in post, add all these custom animations and assets in - THEN record all these individual clips like this showing something new in every single one -  I don't know, that's a crazy amount of work for a hoax like this.

 

If this is fake, there's a INSANE level of effort put in to this, but I'm still scrolling through all this footage so I'm not sure what my final judgement is yet.

 

I know it wouldn't be easy faking all these debug UIs though, hopefully someone with experience can confirm if this looks like the legit RAGE debug they'd be using at Rockstar.

I'm sorry, but if this is real... why is this not a Vapid cruiser? This is a debadged car from the looks of it, not even the same model as the Vapid from GTA V.

If you listen closely, it has GTA V car sounds. Most likely an early build...or a mod or some sort

I’d bet a dollar that this is an unreal project, especially with the typical unreal looking lighting. It’s indescribable but dynamic unreal lighting is just…noticeable.

 

Also a lot of asset flips. Some Nintendo game for its characters was mentioned, V’s police car but debadged, and an el camino that looks like something out of forza

It's so hard to tell. The clip on youtube that was just posted of the Diner heist looks too similar to GTA V.
