For f*cks sake, every time i read a page, two new ones are added, never going to get to the end so i gave up lol

 

Jason's animations seem much further along than Lucia's, they seem fluid and new looking but hers (particularly her walk) look like generic GTA Online female characters.  Given how long ago these were recorded, they must be a hell of a lot further along now, we can't be too far off a trailer

Scripts are always iffy, have glitches and bugs.

So unless these are like ex-developers or ex-rockstar developers, I don't think some small time scripters who can work on weekends could pull this off.

It's just too different and is mixed with RDR2, which is what makes it more believable than just "haha vice city mod for GTA V"

There's glitches in the gameplay. And if I were a dev, I'd like to see what the game is "thinking", so I'd put sh*t on my screen.

 

As much as I take anything unofficial with a grain of salt, this looks as legit as it can get to me.

It's in the spirit of Rockstar. In 2006, before the showing of GTA 4, Rockstar (allegedly) staged something similar at GTAForums.
The same thing happened in 2011 before the announcement of GTA 5

The actual files (videos) contain dates. Looking at recent dates on those file names you could really see the progress from last year. If they are indeed correctly dated, the most recent one is 09/13. Just a few days ago.
