I feel like a intentionally leak by rockstar to create hype for upcoming trailer/teaser no way 90+ clips got leaked their security is not this worse

They don't need to have a bad security for this to happen. These leaks usually happen because of Social Engineering. If someone got access to a Rockstar's employee Slack then getting these videos is just a matter of checking what files where shared in there. And most likely there's also information of how to access repositories and other stuff inside the Slack/other accounts that got hacked...
