To be honest most of the gamedevs on twitter are snowflakes, most of the gamedevs are not on twitter (or anonymous) for a reason.

I can't imagine that leaks of such debug videos impacts the devs in any way, at least it wouldnt impact me at all. Only annoying thing are the armchair gamedevs saying the game looks bad, not realizing its development footage.

But overall for me it would be like what ever. Would be just bad in terms of annoying followups about security, probably training, work from home restrictions, pissed of management / bosses, etc.

The hype when a real trailer will be released will still be there, they have nothing to worry about.

 

All this "love goes out to the devs, stay strong!!!!" is so ridiculous. Freaking snowflakes acting like its the end of the world for the devs on a personal level. It's not.

Exactly but let's be honest if you're a dev/artist on twitter you are 99% of the times vain enough to think you work is the most valiable thing on the planet. Of course you've expent time in it but it's not like someone hacked your entire bank account. And the work is not even yours anymore it't the companny's.

I dont know sh*t but in general some of the most stupendous failures in humanity's history have been caused by such a lack of critical oversight that people are questioning how it was even possible years and decades later.

No one can confirm if he actually has it all. I personally highly doubt that because if that is truly the case then we’re screwed. So let’s just hope it’s a small portion

I saw this coming from a mile duh it was obvious, the REAL leaker is atm sh*tting is pants for many reasons, realize he's messing with SHARKS, people already banned him from every platform he leaked stuff, people are working on finding his real address (deserved in my opinion) and probably already got him lmao from everything he's done so far it was obvious he was gonna get what was coming from him, he dealed with everything in such poor manners it's not even funny, he exposed himself pretty much everywhere, good luck sleeping buddy

Something seems sus to me. Random 18 year old hacking rockstar and gaining access to videos, test build and source code?  Casually leaking it then going to bed, surprised it went viral. Something is off.

 

Just type in GTAVI leak on YouTube, I just checked and it's still up. It has 2.3 million views. How is it still up lol

You´re acting like the guy committed terrorism. Calm down, nothing will likely happen to him except (maybe) a fine or two since he seems to live outside of the U.S. Doxxing a guy is never right, especially not for leaking a f*cking early build of a game.
