for me and most, GTA lost its charm and is no longer like it used to be, and for me GTA IV was peak.

We could compare it with movies today, all these damn sequels with better technology to work with, and yet can't beat those old one's, cause they built with more passion and heart.

What you perceive to be prolonged smugness is just artists taking their time to make art. This prolonged smugness is all in your head. Same goes for all the people who say rockstar deserved it. All because they're a little hurt rockstar isn't providing them info they think they deserve.

I feel bad for devs, and fans.. but i don't feel bad for r* themselves, mostly for scummy dmca and alwsuit for modders.

Also as a tech person it is really exciting to see behind the scenes stuff. Though curious how blown away i would've been if i've seen it in trailer first.
