It makes it really difficult to stop people from developing different cheats and mods into the online suite, thus eating into their profit margins and ultimately making GTA Online unplayable because of all the cheats/hacks running amok. Take Two/Rockstar is a publicly traded company and if they have to choose between profits and doing modding community a solid they will choose the profits every single time.

Well if he is from Russia they have some other problems to attend to, you think they would reach him there right now after current situation? Authorities would probably laugh at T2 and even encourage his action. After this conflict all bets are off when it comes to international relations, but i might be wrong of course.

red dead 2 released in 2010

 

and yeah i know we also got red dead 3 (aka red dead redemption 2) in 2018, but the series is not everyone's cup of tea. when it comes to gta all we got is re-re-releasese and bad attempts at remastering

It actually sounds like Packie from GTAIV putting on a different accent, at least some of the dialogue in the diner sounded that way.  I know it's not, it just sounds a bit like him or some generic GTA goon.

I'm going to go on a limb here and say that not only will South Florida be in the game (obviously) and the Keys but I also think that the Florida Panhandle will be included, based on one of the videos being shown at a gas station with weapons testing and you can see loads of hills in the distance and the only places in Florida that I have seen have these types of hills is in the Panhandle and nearby Orlando. Just my thoughts as someone who lived in Florida for 10 years.

More than likely nothing special. Just requesting that people stop sharing whatever footage they have achieved and to wait for official information in the months to come like ND did when TLOU2 got leaked.
