Hi, professional programmer here. You are vastly overstating the issue with source code being leaked (which isn't entirely confirmed, only partial unverified leak of a very small fraction of code).

 

Developers wouldn't need to change much, if anything, about the game. Maybe some changes to security of online components - but this is actually probably a good thing for the end user, Rockstar has been pretty lax on its online security.

 

The biggest impact this has is only a business one, it devalues potential trade secrets in a sale of intellectual property. Which doesn't seem likely to happen anyway. It won't delay the game, it's just annoying for the people who work there.

if anyone wonders, it is a nightmare cause r* keeps it tight lipped all the time. with this leak, they have to speed up the process on the game and of course their hands are now forced to release the trailer asap and of course the price and the release date

Half-life 2 was partially completed. Hackers built the game and revealed the story. So they changed some in-game content.

Depends on the exact video. In some videos he has a bit of a southern accent, in others not so much. It's possible they decided to change that at some point and have re-recorded lines
