There is speculation it could push the full reveal forward if the full reveal was close as has been speculated (October) but that is pure speculation right now.

 

If there's further leaks, particularly source code, then it will get a lot messier.

I don't think anything meaningful has leaked yet. If a large amount of the source code leaks they're in big trouble for sure, but considering how massive this game is in terms of revenue I don't think they could scrap it. No idea what they'd do.

I’ve been predicting that they will announce GTA6 2-4 months after the complete this current drip feed of vehicles. Best believe their public relations team will be working around the clock for the next two weeks to choreograph a perfectly worded response to this.
