You can hear Slack notifications in the background of some of the videos. It's fairly clear that it's videos of developers testing / sharing work within the internal Slack server and it's not like it's impossible to social engineer your way into it.

They're right next to each other tho, it seems to work the same as it does in V so when you're on the other side of the map it most likely zooms out to a satellite view when you change character.

Okay, now that I'm fully awake and realized what the hell is going on, I'm really happy to see how many new features are in this alpha build. You can finally interact with more props and even npcs! 

Models/textures look identical to GTA V, so either they are just placeholders or they are sticking with that design, which is ok i guess..?  And it's great to finally have a female main protagonist.

I'm honestly very unhappy with Rockstar since they got the mtx addiction, never did story dlc for 5 or RDR2, canceled the RDR1 Remaster, and released 5 3 times for full price.

I'm going to take a guess and say it's a little bit like this scene from Andrei Tarkovsky's Mirror, where the protagonist just sits down and watches while her family's barn burns down: like, yeah, it must suck for them, but what can you even do about it at this point lmao.
