Hackers following to solo lobbies still?

Soo any news on the front of how to deal with griefing hackers who follow into solo lobbies etc?

 

Managed to fracture some Indian hackers ego as we killed him while sourcing hangar stuff and now he is following us to all lobbies solo/friends/invite only and public.

 

Now the kid who spends all his time on his computer is hopping to our lobbies as soon as we get online.(though just second day going now)

 

In public lobbies even spoofing his name as if me or my friend would be killing everyone as they start their modding mayhem with explosions.

 

I heard something about whitelisting friends I.P adresses with guardian software, is it legal to use?

 

Though then again, if rockstar is not banning these hackers with video proofs then they most likely would not bother banning guardian software users.

 

Thoughts?

Oh and not planning on sinking as low as them and starting to hack against them.

My thoughts:

• do not report him in-game, almost all mod menus will intercept reports (at least the ones that enable session stalking)
• stop playing GTA for a couple days, maybe he'll move on to his next target and forget you and your friend
• appear offline if you can, so maybe he doesn't find you
• And definitely use Guardian and whitelist your friend's IP. Yes it is legal, as it does not interfere with the normal workings of your game.
