Hey guys can anyone of you help me with this line in mixsets : MaxStarToCreateEmVeh : I'm just confused about what to set in this line 

if I leave it default that is 5 then only the firefighters appear and only one time I throw a molotov at someplace 

if I leave it -1 then nothing happens i.e neither firefighters nor the ambulance appear anymore 

I want to make it like the original in which each of them appear each time I kill or make a fire

so pls can anyone suggest what I should put ?
