Low quality image issue

When I use Rockstar Editor to take photos, it always comes out low quality as if I had taken a screenshot for the photo.
 

Is this issue caused by saving photos from Social Club? If so, what might you suggest I do to retrieve my photos? I'm on PlayStation 4.
