Is there any mod which fixes GTA V's memory leak problem?

My PC's RAM is 4GB. The plays almost smoothly at low settings until after 10-15 minutes it start lagging. Google search brought me to the conclusion that GTA V loads map areas where the player goes but never unloads the previous areas of maps which player left thus overloading the RAM and causing lag & stuttering. 

 

Is there any mod in your knowledge which fixes this GTA V's memory problem? I read somewhere to start benchmark in settings and cancel to clear cache, I'm yet to try it. I have tried command line thing but it didn't work.

 

Edit: I tried many solutions but none worked except using benchmark test in settings when the game starts lagging and then cancelling the test so that game reloads to where I left with fresh RAM possibly.

you need to upgrade your ram that is the only solution
