Movie Props Rumpo Van NOT spawning

I’ve been driving to all three locations, in a square, waiting for the Rumpo Van to spawn. No luck. Any ideas? Or is there a new spawn location that changed?

It happens sometimes, either it doesn't spawn at all, or it can spawn immediately.

Usually random events start to appear when you are online in certain session for 20+ minutes, then random events start to appear (same goes to the skeleton, vehicles for export, drunk guard, etc.)

Here's what worked for me

 Sit and wait. Park on the grass here (you and your car are where the photographer was standing for this shot)

 

Now, go make a cup of coffee or browse reddit on your phone or something because you could be here a while. It took me 45 minutes but the van popped and I was able to drive up and take it.

I believe this random event can spawn immediately which means you can try finding a race near one of the points (or making a short one). Finish the race. Go back to freeroam. If it's not there, do the race again and go back to freeroam.

 

This works for some other stuff too like the Police carrying Patrick McReary. I get him to spawn a bunch when finishing Auto Shop Contracts that end near them. (Bank Contract at the Binco, Lost Contract in the unenterable gas station south of Fort Zancudo.) Also doing the Criminal Records race.
