GTA SA stuck turning right

Hello forum people. I have the GTA SA rockstar launcher version (not definitive) and randomly during gameplay my right input key will become stuck. If I put left input the car will go straight. The only way to fix it is to restart my game. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?
