What things from story mode aren't in GTA online?

There is no Boeing 747, Z-Type, Railgun (there is only if you are resupplying bunker) and what more aren't in online?

How do you mean no Z-Type? You can buy it in Online from Legendary Motorsport, or steal/sell it during Import/Export missions.

 

I'll give you a point for the railgun not really being available, because it's a random resupply mission and you only keep it for the duration.

 

Other things that aren't in Online:

• Animal wildlife
• Random events (ATM robberies, random police chasing npcs)

No stock market and no tow truck or taxi missions.

No rain between 7pm and 5am in freemode. I really want to know why not, I think to have read is about framerate problems or some technical things. 

No slow motion effect in radio stations selection wheel. 

No garages for boats.

There is no slow motion because GTA online is multiplayer game, and it would annoy other players

At least on PC it does rain during nights.

There's also the Sprunk and Xero blimps, tow trucks, NPCs flying aircraft(excluding helicopters) and even getting "busted".

Works on PC? Lucky you guys. Must be linked to performance problems then. But should definitely be on next gen console and from what i've heard it is not.
