New bug??

I know this first part is an old bug (I did my research) and a rare bug (if 1 out of a billion people get a particular bug,I am that one one guy!)

 

Bug #1 I haven't had a car spawn in either one of my 2 drive bays in my autoshop. Its been weeks now. I researched this. Every solution has been checked off-stayed public for hours without walking into any property or doing any mission. Moved cars around. Relocated cars to other garages...

Bug #2 I upgraded my MC Clubhouse to get the garage and mechanic to do the deliver the vehicle thing just like the autoshop. I don't what I was thinking. The autoshop is the most buggy property I have ever had (I had a car "stuck" in one of my drive bays for about 6 months-I couldn't deliver it. RS finally fixed it with an update). Iwas hoping the "deliver vehicle" paradigm would be better.

I upgraded the MC Clubhouse to have a garage so I could deliver bikes and have yet to have one bike spawn.  Is this a known bug?

BTW-I got a a mechanic. I was expecting a cutscene and did not get one.
