Random Props on Map?

I've been installing a bunch of mods for GTA IV, to improve and overhaul the game to my liking. Its all gone relatively smooth except for this one weird issue, these oil tank props are at random spots on the map.

 

 

Luckily I have kept a list of all the stuff that I have installed:

Anyone know which one of these would affect this?

Or at the very least know what file would be causing this; it would help me narrow it down.

So quick update, I have found what these are; they seem to be related to Flying Rat locations, they have a pickup glow in them and when I walk over it; they disappear.

 

Anyone know the possible way to fix that?
