Shooting while parachuting, and

Hello! 
The creator section seems rather quiet, but i will try with a few questions regarding a KotH i am creating.

Are you able to shoot (pistols) while parachuting, and if so, does lock on work?

What are the pistol pickups with the least number of bullets provided?


Any help is much appreciated!
