Gta 5 tax fare not paying

I’ve had some type of glitch where whenever I do a normal taxi fare the fare doesn’t pay. It comes up as being paid zero dollars and zero dollars for a tip sometimes if it’s a little bit of a longer drive I get like a dollar or two dollars and maybe a dollar or two tip but I should be getting like $100 plus per fare can someone help me fix it
