How to add sounds for a modded car?

Hello, i've recently added a car (not replacing, like actually adding a functional one in) which would be this one from GTAinside: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/cars/127068-declasse-granger-retro-police-v1-1/, it actually does work and doesn't have any errors at all, but i did saw at least three issues, the police bar light doesnt work, there's absolutely no sound (engine, horn, obviously the bar light) and that the police computer neither works, i would gladly ask for help on this since this is my first time adding a modded vehicle (i actually don't mind if there's not a fix for any of the things i mentioned before)

Hello.

 

Make sure to always back up your game files, before you start modifying the game.

 

The mod from the links stated that in the information from it.

 

"It has been set up similar to the default police cars so there isn't ELS or any different livery's."

 

That means that the police bar light doesn't work and not finished yet by the author of the model.

You can ask the author of the model, to update it to add it to the vehicle model.

 

you can get the effect without the car to work too.

it's called "Emergency Lighting System IV V8.51"

You can swap car engine sounds with program called: SparkIV
