Max96 Posted August 28 Share Posted August 28 I've started playing RDO on PC a month ago and noticed that my character photo is still not uploaded on Social Club. I guess it has been happening since last update because I have been recreating a character on PS4 and still had my previous character picture here. Spoiler Even small character picture stays since character creation day (it gets updated ingame tho, in players list, posse, etc.) Spoiler Do you have same issue or a way to fix it? Sounds like for some reason your account is not linking completely with the updates you are making to the game? I only say this because my husband has had a problem with his social club linking to his GTAO game as well, he definitely has one, it's logged in, and for some reason he never gets any of the money or bonuses that we all get when they happen due to having the active account. Basically the game does not recognize that he has the Social Club account anymore? I know that isn't much help, but it might be a place to start? Anyways I hope you get this all hashed out. I did when had this on PS4 (written in head post), but they play dumb as usual and recommend basic stuff like cleaning the cache or something like that. And yeah, if I gonna contact them, how shall I state the issue? To check my accounts synchronization? Btw, to mention about bonuses issue, I have been getting most of them, but not every one. Yeah they always go for the generic response first thing, like we don't know how technology works or something. Honestly I would focus on your club account and it not syncing correctly to update. If you were on console I would have recommended checking if things are connecting correctly with your cloud service, because sometimes that can get messed up and cause problems as well. Unfortunately when it comes to player accounts the R* techies like to give the run around, my husband is still trying to get that $500,00 from GTAO for having his active social club account. Update: after patch I had my smaller character picture updated, then I used a free character edit, changed age by one year and re-took a proper picture of my character in own outfit, it got uploaded on Social Club, so it's all good now.
