GT500FIVEH Posted August 27 Share Posted August 27 I'm trying to figure out why my gta 5 story mode is very laggy, my pc is pretty beefy and can run the game fine, I saw another post on the forums about this problem and I tried that and no change, if anyone can help me figure out this problem, I would really appreciate it. Rotorhead359 Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 Limit your frame rate to 120 with an external program. Something like nVidia control panel, or RivaTuner that comes with MSI afterburner. Especially on beefy PCs, GTA V can "break" if it reaches 180fps. Why does this only happen in Story Mode and not Online?
