GTA IV Frosted Winter?

is something like gta 3's frosted winter possible for iv? the idea is perfect in my opinion, a gta iv type game where you have to endure liberty city in the snow

and now some russian dudes are porting vice city to iv and you all laughed at me... whos laughing now.....

Russian dudes? Mmm, I know Russian and I want to study in more detail the topic they are working on, by the way, it is quite possible that in the future there will be a non-official DLC for GTA 4, which will also be associated with the cold winter in Liberty City in 2008-2009

i think they have a page with a local russian social media site but i forgot what it was called, and on that last part indeed it is and i look forward to that day greatly lol

Well, the closest thing we have is Chinatown Wars but it has a topdown view

apparently the scripts for making missions in gta iv is in the files for vice city nextgen edition, i looked at them briefly but definitely nothing i understand lol, maybe someone a little more knowledgeable coupled with the existing snow mod for iv might be able to do it though
