How did OG Loc avoid going back to prison?

As well all know, OG Loc quits his job at Burger Shot at one point and thinks about throwing a party. Now we also know that OG Loc's job was set up by his parole officer, and as a parolee he, I assume, had to hang onto this job. OG Loc even speculates about having to go back to jail after this incident.

Yet, OG Loc avoids jail and starts a career in the entertainment industry with Big Smoke as his manager. So how did he avoid jail? Did he not have to keep his job at Burger Shot? Would any job let him keep his parole as long as it generates income? Did Big Smoke bribe officers to keep Loc out of jail?

Evil empire

OG Loc didn't come back behind the bars because it is not part of the scenario.

It wouldn't surprise me if he told his parole officer that he's officially signed onto a record label and that was good enough for them. Though it seems kinda odd that having a job is a requirement for parole, usually it's just getting out of trouble. But maybe it's different in other states.

Hm, I kinda based this idea on L.A. Noire actually. In L.A. Noire Cole asks a suspect "A parolee has to have a job, yes?" which made me think that this is the law in California. Or maybe it was in the 40s but not in 1992.
