I just updated my Geforce app. Then GTA V on my PC keeps crashing on startup...

So guys. I just updated GeForce app. I mean I tried logging in but it said updating so I have no choice but to update it. Anyway.

After it updated, I decided to play GTA V. But instead of the game starting normally, It keeps crashing at startup

 

I mean at the startup screen, It works fine but freezes. The music of the loading screen keeps going while the screen is frozen, And then the game crashes. Idk if this is graphics issue. Because it happened right after I updated GeForce app

 

Can you guys pls help me?

 

I can`t find google fix. All it says was to reinstall but it didn`t help!

 

Pls help me guys I worked hard on my progress
