No player job invites in Invite Only sessions

Since the CE DLC, I’ve noticed that if I’m in an Invite Only session I don’t get any random job invites from other players on my phone. Ever. 
 

If I switch to a Public session, those invites start coming through again. Have Rockstar acknowledged this bug? I’m really surprised I haven’t seen more people talking about this (maybe I’ve just missed it). 
 

Now that we can do everything in Invite Only, that’s pretty much all I play, but I still really want to help newer players complete their heist setups, etc.

It's been broken for a long time. You may receive invites only from your friends, from last party, and from the players of the current session.

It makes the search of partners for any jobs very limited. Rockstar is aware of this issue but doesn't want to fix it.

It sucks because to host a race, heist, mission... and you are in an invite only, you have to switch to a public session to launch it or no one gets invited or joins.

There is a small chance that someone will join through a "Quick Job". But finding four people in this way is almost impossible.

Yeah, it's pretty rare and not worth the long wait.

It is broken since April patch 1.56 and yes it is really frustrating.

I want to hope they trying to fix it. At least it is what they told me those guys from the Support Ticket. I mean, this is not a cheap bug...
