is there any way to get these cut IAA polo shirts in GTA Online?

I've been seeing people wear these polo shirts here and there. They're nice neutral colors without all the hideous branding, apparently they've been in the game files for a while but were cut for one reason or another. I'm wondering if anyone knows of possible ways to obtain them without modding in GTA Online

I am not going to get into details, but there is a "branch" of glitches called outfit transfer, all you need to know is that cosmetics for the male character are in different slots that in the female character and vice-versa, you find a lot of information about these in the "green forum" and in YouTube.
