How did Sonny got Tommy's new contact number? (which Tommy stole from chef)

After Tommy contacts Sonny regarding the deal, Tommy at the end throws the phone on ground. Later he steals Leo's phone. 

 

My question is which number did Sonny dialed to contact Tommy after Jury Fury? Tommy's number or Leo's?

Ken maybe. Ken and Tommy weren't that close at the start of the game so maybe Ken helped Sonny out. Another possibility is that Lance gave it to him.

Yep. There is no cutscene where Tommy gives his number to Lance & Paul, still they have it. I was just wondering whether Tommy is using his own number or Leo's number.

Here's a serious answer:

Indicates Lance was "Watching Him Over"
By that time probably only Lance Knew about the phone.

I had a speculation fan theory - 

• Vic wasn't killed (Different body language)
• Lance was influenced by Sonny way too early
• Sonny Said in the first cut scene that they will send someone and then take over from him in a few months
• You can clearly see Drugs with Sonny when he calls Tommy
• Sonny Probably had some history for which Tommy was send to the Jail & he was still pissed at him (story not known)
• Lance was stupid enough to get into a bait set by Forellis easily (Based on VCS character building)
• Lance knew Tommy's name that is also a connection
• There was a concern of keeping an eye on Tommy "to pull the leash"(In The Beginning reference)

 

So What Actually happened?

 

• Either no body got killed (Fake bullets) or The Forrellis wanted to get rid of Harry,Lee & Vic, and used Lance as their stepping stone
• Assassins were sent by Sonny
• Sonny was using Leo & Lance was family proxies,he didn't wanted to reveal he's dealing with Diaz
• Diaz Didn't killed Vic or got the drugs directly

 

The Main guy behind this this chess board game?

Sonny had a brother? was this mentioned in VCS? in general, I think Sonny got the number from Lance.
