Besides the Ruiner, not much of a week.  I got a few of those smuggler planes pop up.  Same boring random event stuff like before.  Not really worth the $25k unless there's a hidden, grind easter egg with those.

I really like what they're doing with Simeon's shop, of selling different rare cars weekly for us.

You could only ever fit explosives to it, now it goes in the MOC/Avenger workshop

Good news: MC Contract missions are 2x 2x .  It's double money during this event week, while also being doubled for the "e-mail event". So the mission with the Deathbike now pays 112k.

It just says "limited time" in the e-mail, but this is event week 3 with these bonuses still being active. Sure looks like it's going to be a month.

The flare one spawned for me twice in the same invite-only session; once at the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness area, and then again at the Observatory. However, I had no luck with the plane. There are 5 possible spawn locations for both events.

I got the smuggler plane twice in a PS4 IO lobby.
