What to do with a full SMALL CEO warehouse?

I went past 9 crates on my small CEO warehouse and ended up filling it.   I know that means I will get two trucks when I sell.

For a large warehouse it is easy, I could ask for help from my crew and deliver it.  But for a small warehouse nobody is really interested.

What options do I have to successfully sell without losing my cargo?

And after sellingntje crates, should I just get rid of the small warehouse?

You can just sell it all by yourself - crate warehouse sells are the easiest. Just make sure you are in invite only.

I use mine to store special items only. I shouldn’t have bought a small warehouse in the first place but I also don’t need to trade it in for another large warehouse as I cannot be bothered filling them up. So I just aource the rare special items there and then sell when I have 16 of them. At least then it is worth more than 16 normal crates.

If this is your only warehouse I would suggest you part-exchange it for a large one.

Sounds like you are new to CEO crate warehouse sell missions. As others have said, they are easy and can be done solo within the 30 minute time limit. Most only have one vehicle. There are two I can think of with more than one vehicle. One is driving Brickades across town and I don't think any enemies are chasing you. The other is flying small planes to a location where enemies are waiting for you. For the second, either risk landing the plane with enemies there or first go to the drop off point and kill all the enemies before flying planes there.  All other sell missions are a single vehicle. The only other one to watch out for is the Titan sale that sometimes has a Buzzard waiting to attack you at the drop off locations. If you're worried about that, then check out the drop offs to see if a Buzzard is there before flying the Titan.

Also remember you can close the application if you run in to trouble. You will only lose 3 crates is you close quick enough.

Selling them all by yourself is easy - but, you don't have to sell them all at once. When you have a full small warehouse you can sell 16 at once, but you can also sell 8 or 3 at a time and guarantee a single vehicle.

I sell my large warehouses alone, how should ppl get into trouble selling their small ones alone?

He probably has 2 or 4 times the time he actually needs to sell that stuff.

So, I just make multiple runs.   And I'm guessing I should save my sparrow to fly back after the first dropoff, right?

You don't need friends just to sell two vehicles, hell even three vehicles are doable with those sales because you have 30 minutes to complete them.

Just do them in invite only to eliminate the risk of bad actors ruining your sales.

PSA: If you upgrade your single and only small CEO warehouse to a medium or large sized warehouse, you will NOT be able to downgrade them back to a small warehouse, think carefully if that's what you want to do.

Yep or your CEO buzzard etc.

These guys are spot on, you shouldn’t have much trouble, very easy in invite only and I’ve yet to feel crunched for time.

Well, I tried to do that sale.  Got a small plane mission and thought "great!  this is going to be easy"... but no... the stupid game glitched the controls, I could not make it go up/down... and I lost all of my cargo.  The bugs of this game sure are lovely.  I am starting to feel some sympathy for those guys that hack and glitch it.

Gotta learn to close that application when you run in to problems. At least it was only a small warehouse.

I did try to kill the app when it flaked out... but it still went through a bunch of screens and by the time I managed it, it was too late.  You are right, at least it was only a small warehouse.

That sucks but the the truck and boat sales are easy even with a large warehouse and 111 crates.

You can always restart an airplane sale by switching session and you only take a small penalty. 3 crates at most with a full large warehouse.

If you going to sell crates often, maybe is a good idea to upgrade the boat and plane with better armor to resist NPC's bullets.

Also, If you want to do multiple plane drop sales take a look to the map to see the yellow dots. Fly through them with a Buzzard, Sparrow or Broomstick and destroy the enemy choppers (there's always 2 dots with them) Fly back to the airport and voila! no enemies for your plane(s)

And don't feel bad about not cancel in time, we all being there. Always have an emergency 'kill switch' in mind (Alt+F4 on PC or OFF button in console) and don't hesitate to use it.

Ouch.

I haven’t had that happen fortunately. Give it another shot.

I'm sorry to hear about that, but please don't feel bad about it. Even if you were succesful in flying the plane, chances are you'd encounter the bug with glitched drops. (when you drop cargo and the game doesn't register and you can't finish the mission)

Maybe that glitch doesn't happen in Invite-Only sessions, but every time I get a plane mission, I'll find a new session, source 3 crates back, and try to get the trucks or boat sale.

You can sell a large warehouse solo. It's not like other business where you normally want to avoid multiple vehicles.
