Pavel wont call me back!!!

I just finished the cayo perico for the 100th time and this tome pavel wont call and at the planning board it says its not ready. I have restarted my computer and gta but nothing works. I have done it on hard mode before but now i cant because he never calls. And it seems like no one have the same problem.

Where did you get that information from? The cooldown timer for Cayo Perico heists is 2 hours and 24 minutes of real life time, if you've played the heist solo, or 48 minutes real life time if you played it with 1-3 other player(s). 

Once those 144 minutes have passed, you should get a text from Pavel to say the heist is ready to be set up again, and from that point, there's 48 minutes available for the Hard Mode option in the heist.

I've not really heard of the OP's problem before unless there's some sort of session activity going on every time they're joining a session or something; and the only other thing I could think of is being too close to the Planning Board (and thus inside the Kosatka). If you exit the Kosatka or hang around where the Moon Pool vehicles are, you're usually able to get the text from Pavel there, if I remember correctly - but I always just go outside the Kosatka these days.

There seems to be a delay sometimes if you left Online before getting the "robbing rubio is a pleasure" text from Pavel, after your heist.

 

Getting the text and changing session clears it.
