I can't find my GTA

Hey guys, I would like to share my little problem here and see if anyone has had any experience with it or knows how. I wanted to play gta online with my friends after a year, but i couldn't find my gta in epicgames library. Yet I have evidence that I own a gta online account hence: the receipt, the gta account itself and in the rockstargames libary it shows me that I own gta V. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you for the reply.

Make sure you don't have any filters active in the library. Or that it's a correct account.
