Best map location to operate from? (long term, not initial)

There is one very close to the Eclipse Apartments. I got that one, so my NC and Arcade are in the same street.

I'd argue the closest together are the Rockford Agency, Del Perro Clubhouse, Del Perro Nightclub, and the Insert Coin arcade in Rockford.

 

One can argue safe pickup distance doesn't really matter. Clubhouse doesn't need to be included because those refill missions just aren't worth the time and money. Arcade location doesn't matter too much because it takes 40 game days (16 hours) to fill and if you're late you're only mission out on $5k. Agency nearly fills in 12 game days ($240k out of $250k in 9.6 hours) so you really only need to pickup once (maybe twice) per long play session. Since the Agency has ammo, armor, and snacks it's a great place to spawn at the start of your play session, so you might as well empty the safe then. Nightclub location is the only one you really need to worry about. Optimal time to empty safe is 5 game days ($197k out of $250k and 4 hours) because your population will be down 25% and the new easy population missions will refill that 25%.

 

I currently have my Nightclub in Vinewood next to my Hawick Agency. I'm tempted to move it to La Mesa to be close to my Special Crate warehouses, but that would make a longer drive for many of those "drive VIP home or to hospital" missions. Vinewood seems to be in the middle of those destinations. Del Perro would probably be "best" because it's closest to the destinations on the west side of the map.

I usually do a bouncer mission at 100K or 145K for the NC. Mostly im lucky and just have to press a button, sometimes im even lucky with the VIP and only have to drive him 800 meters to the Eclipse Medical Tower or Center or whatever it's called.
