No it doesnt,

it glows so it's not completely useless UNLIKE vigrant lightbar

XcsgYZY.png

and what's the point of having colored or high beams on if you can't light up the cars across the road from you

if it doesn't look like I'm blinding them, then it's worthless

point is, there're a million ways to f*ck up adding lightbars in gta

but an intern with 2 minutes can easily make sure the headlights actually light up something, but it seems they don't even have the time

I've done them a couple of times now. Fire it up is probably the least terrible one if you just need a quick daily.

I've done them all and dislike them greatly. If they were 1 player missions it'd be a different case. Thanks for the tip though - I've never paid enough attention to remember which ones are quicker/easier.

What do you mean? I just spent 4 million and got 2 flamethrowers!

Flingin' flangin' Apocalypse Cerberus is one of only two Arena War vehicles I've unlocked the trade price on.

It's extra super annoying that each variant is a separate unlock.

Arrows to Athens

Why are NPCs more likely to run you over on E&E? It was nowhere near this bad on PS4. It's like the moment I step onto the road, I'll get hit.

I’m getting fed up with how many little annoying bugs and glitches there are that prevent you using certain hairstyles/car mods/tattoos. That have been there forever and just never fixed.

the buffalo STX’s (my favourite car) louvers don’t save when you leave the session, neither does the Los Muertos neck tattoo which goes perfectly with my Sicario character. And multiple hairstyles have the painted head glitch which makes them look awful and unusable. Certainly not the biggest issues in the world, just sucks that they could be fixed so easily yet persist after every update. Only disappointing thing about Criminal Enterprises was how they didn’t fully embrace the QoL

Not only the Cerberus doesn't have a lot of health, but also the Flamethrower self damage it, I challenge anyone here to do a headhunter with it without exploding before finishing it.

Some of the recent DLCs have apparently permanently "fixed" my fenderless Hotknife. Apparently fenderless Hotknives are a crime against everything (PC).

EDIT: And I can't get the fenders off again! I'm stuck with them forever! The usual trick doesn't work. :(

Super Grunt 281

The Cerberus should have been that giant badass truck with an armor of invicibility and actually being fireproof, would have been fun to go and cook NPCs alive and a nice close-quarters vehicle.

More insulting is that NPCs have bad attack range with it, even the short burst they pull off with a .50 minigun is better.

Holding the service rifle, one of the only new pieces of content aside from the cars, until mid fall is sooooooo dumb. By the time it finally releases most people with think "geez, we waited this long for a lame rifle". That last part annoys me most as I'll just be thrilled to have a retro AR style rifle in the game, but waiting months for it is typical R* blueballing tactics. I like Broughy's idea from his recent DLC review, add content monthly instead of weekly, 4 cars and various other items while keeping the current event week bonuses/clothing unlocks/etc.

What i don't understand about dripfeeding content, i thought R* wants to earn money with the game and not just have many players. If everything would be released day one of a DLC, a lot of ppl would run out of money, and buy sharkcards because they got no patience. But releasing it weekly gives players the time to earn ingame money, that theoratically means less sharkcard sales.

Sure that wouldn't affect any veteran players, but ppl that only have like 1-20 million or something would run out of money buying 15 cars for 1-3 million each.

I wish they would just always release everything at once without any dripfeed. It would make much more fun to play now, with a M16, but nope we probably have to wait months for that.

that thing with the STX happens with the street blazer too, the arch covers never save and go away when you log out. Pretty much ruined the vehicle for me because I was going for a certain look. The worst part is that's something that's been happening since 2016, so just like the Faction it's safe to say it's literally never getting fixed

Okay what the F is this sh*t? I fail my Cayo heist 4 times in a row, it finally crashes back to desktop, and now the sub tells me 'Pavel will contact you when the Cayo Perico heist is available again'?? Since when am I barred from doing the heist after failing it instead of completing it? 🙄

EDIT: so apparently it bugged out and reset my progress to zero, and on top of it forced me to wait the 3 cooldown hours until I could start all over again. f*cking fantastic.

Every couple of weeks I get a daily objective to dance at the music locker (or something about the music locker anyway).

This is a common theme on here, but people don’t understand that there are two different kinds of players- casual and grinders.  The grinders, especially this far into the game, aren’t going to buy shark cards no matter how they release content.  Most are sitting on piles of cash.  Casual players play many games or have little free time.  Those with discretionary income buy shark cards.  Make sense?  Thus, drip feed is really about keeping people engaged over a longer timeframe, and has nothing to do with shark card sales.  We know this is true, because otherwise, it wouldn’t happen.

I think this and the new precision rifle will get upgrades through Bunker research.

They will release the Service Rifle as close to the next DLC to link it to new research slots on the Bunker.

The Criminal Enterprises did nothing for me lol, probably my least favorite gta online update since arena war.

The cars and guns are cool as are the clothing and additional garage slots but that's about it for me.

This is the second time one of my Custom Donk's mods has been removed. First it was orange headlights, then it was offroad wheels back to stock and it's also saying I can't use any of the newer offroad style wheels.

I'm big f*ckin mad. Like, eyeball twitching peeved. The only thing that currently frustrates me more is getting insta-nuked by aimbot AI.

In fact, microtransactions from sales of Shark cards are only a small part of Rockstar's income. It is much more important for them to show investors that GTA remains popular. There are many players, they spend a lot of time online and do not lose interest. And investors will make sure that R* has enough finance.

The game doesn't need dripfeed content to keep players in the game. All they gotta do is add more ranking systems like REP of the Tuners DLC, where you can get REP by idling inside the LSCM. They could do the same for Arena Wars and AP. And voila completionist OCD ppl will have their games run over night for months just idling there. Stuff like that boosts the player numbers.

Dripfeed doesn't really keep the players playing the game, for a some ppl it actually is the other way around, some ppl just wait until the Dripfeed is over and then hop into the game again. It's these kind of ppl that wait until all episodes of a series aired to binge watch it. Or gamers that want all DLC's already in the game the first time they play it. Some ppl just wait for GOTY and this at a reduced price.

Edit: Also some ppl might have the real counterpart IRL of some cars in the game, they would probably play the game much longer and more often, if they could drive their real life cars ingame. And if that is in the dripfeed, they just wait until it's released. Im pretty sure ppl would already play the game longer, if they just release the M16 already. Some ppl waited years for this iconic weapon, it's a classic that was in so many GTA games already. Why put a weapon in the dripfeed, it's just complete nonsense.

How come when I cross the finish line in a Open Wheel race job, the spectator mode always takes me to the worst player in the race? You never get to watch anybody half decent, always the guy at the back with no tyres, dragging himself along and crashing into everything.  😆

The most logical explanation is, that you get to watch the last in the race, so you don't get another blackscreen, switching from player to player until the race is over.
