Rockstar, even for us lone wolfs, it has to have a chance of success. At least a chance. That mission had a zero percent chance solo. Hell, I have done buggy and postal van missions with a friend that we failed due to rockstar not testing their own games.

Sadly, it depends on the location. Route 68, I did 2 trucks with no problems (invite session). I do use some roads combined with unmarked paths, but found myself doing more sell missions with 1 vehicle in public lobby for high demand bonus.

Try having a toreador as PV before starting the mission. Then it might bug out and you get put in the garage (probably), use grenade, die. Steal something from the street, drive it into the penthouse. At the end steal something from garage and leave. Worth trying. Make sure it's invite only session.

Chumash binker. Usually the 3 monster trucks are fine but this time was a no winner. I always check the distances before moving and all three were on the other side of the map. Monster trucks are terrible vehicles. Having a giant fleet of vehicles at our disposal we are forced to use the bagger, the postal trucks, dodo's, buzzards and moster trucks.

Eh, worth a shot--I'll let you know if it works. Thanks for the advice. 

 

Edit: Still didn't work. It always just loops after I attempt to leave the penthouse after the shootout.

 

I'll just have to hang it up til the next tunable. Plus, I really don't want to go to bad sport over this bug.

Aw hell no, I'm not wasting time on that glitchy objective, I'll just shoot that punk in the head.  Instant wanted level.  That stupid goddamn mission finished splash pops up and covers my screen, and stops me from sprinting or using guns, while 6 cop cars appear out of nowhere and box me in.

 

"DEFEND YOUR PRODUCT."

 

Wait, what's happ--shot in the head.  Appear at a police station.  My completely full cocaine lockup is now empty because R*'s awful UI choices left me unable to properly respond to teleporting Terminator cops. 

 

To say nothing of those stupid raids that always trigger immediately after finishing something else.  I have max upgrades on every business, and the security is absolutely useless.

I found them, thank you. I find it refreshing that for once something went wrong because of my carelessness not because of the lousy issues in the game.

Hi,

how long you have this issue and wich platform you are?

did you tried solo or with other players too.

if you play with others, do they have same issue with the loading screen?

did you tried the other way out, and not via the parking garage?

did you tried suspend the game proccess via the task manager when you stucked on the black loading screen?

did you tried start the mission via invite lobby or friend lobby insted of public?

Tried solo and with a friend. I'm on PS4 Pro. Tried both personal vehicle and Jubilee, but nothing. Used garage entrance. And was in Private Lobby. Both my friend and I (as well as other folks) have had the same issues no matter what

Did they stucked with you or they have same issue when they play without you?

when you take the laptop you can exit via parking garage or via the main entrance, the game give you an option.

did you tried get out via this way?

other thing, you can take any vehicle you want in the parking garage, you have few npc's vehicles there, maybe try to get out by foot?

and how long you have this issue, just recently?

They got stuck both with me and by themselves

Dunno, what you're talking about, but the game doesn't give you an option upon exiting the actual penthouse, there's only one door leading to the corridors, that's where I got stuck

The mission in general has always been pretty glitchy and very slow, but now is just unplayable lol

My bad, i confused with the last part of the mission.

did you started it as MC or CEO?

MC sometimes doing some glitches, i notised it in some heists.

anyway try do this mission with different one.

another thing, which character you have? male or female?

and what outfit you chose for the job?

did you tried different outfits? sometimes outfits in some jobs can impact on some bugs.

this is a specualtion but just want to check it just in case.

 

Edit:

I checked reddit/youtube with few possible workarounds, try this method step by step:

* blow up the agency vehicle when you start the mission and call mechanic for any of your personal cars.

* when you drive the car to casino there are two options. or park it outside and enter by foot or drive it inside the parking garage. i saw both of those option can work.

* enter the elevator and go to the D.J.

* when you near the d.j. let the song to end and let the game to auto trigger the cutscene. don't trigger the cutscene by yourself, chill 2-3 min and it will do it byitself!

* after cutscene kill yourself once and clear the floor.

* before leaving the penthouse, send your personal vehicle back to storage.

# try to leave the penthouse.

 

i just combind all tips that i saw that worked for people.

Had "Sell Air-Freight Cargo." on my Daily Objectives. Did it with a newer land mission and of course it didn't tick off the box. I guess R*'s too arsed to update the mission checks.

Happens every time I get the controller bug lock-up. Close the game, and that error is there until I restart the Xbox.

If this service had launched for this reason rather than limiting access to stuff in GTAO unless you pay for it, I wouldn't even care.

 

In my head I think the best outcome would be for them to focus on offering these on the service rather than adding a new layer of microtransaction to GTAO, but I know it's not going to happen, it will continue and probably progress worse in the next game.

In LSIA hangar stealing the bike. I am in cover up on the mezzanine and an enemy is about 80 feet away in cover and blind firing behind him. He hits me four times perfectly. He shoots again and does the same.

I get outside and the two cars give chase while zooming past and handbraking. I am zigzagging and I take constant hits, from a moving vehicle onto a zigzagging bike that is going over bumps and moving away at high speed.

I eventually get out of LOS and take hits. I look behind me and the enemies are not even close to LOS. Cannot see me at all and still hit me.

 

Earlier I was taking a car back to the I/E garage and a heli was chasing. I hid under an overpass and the heli killed me THROUGH THE EFFING OVERPASS!

 

Rockstar need to f*cking fix and rebalance this stupid AI. All the have done over the years is buff an already poor system.

Have you tried using Merryweathers Back-up Helicopter? 

 

If I know I'm going to be chased or shot at by aggressive AI, I use that and it keeps them occupied long enough to get whatever I'm doing done.

This double LSCM rep is nonsense. I just delivered two cars and my rep went up one tenth of one bar. I did two contracts and got less than a third of a bar.

 

The grind for LSCM and AW is horrible anyway but at least make them doable.
