a simply solution would be taillight_m, which lights up with headlights and increases in intensity on brake application unless brakelight_l or r is present

 

also, GTA5's texture/light system for vehicle lights just uses a brightened version of off textures, the only time the colour can be different is in police light bars

 

i wonder if we'll get a proper custom camper/type 2

I've been going to Bugjam for a loooong time now, at Santa Pod drag strip, so I've seen and heard it all heh. 

 

The main thing is it must wheelie at least 60ft

 

Jenson Button has a nice one.

I've been to Bugjams too at Santa Pod, made me laugh when I saw your comment, I was going to mention the time years back when I saw a Bug murder a Renault 5 GT Turbo down the strip, after seeing the picture of the pimped van above. They got followed by a sweet Kawasaki GPZ900 Turbo. You could stick turbos on a washing machine in the 80s and 90s lol.

 

Funniest thing about that day was, they had a rocket car there and told everyone to clear the stand behind the line, lots of people were slow to get out and didn't want to move, so they fired it up and they got pelted with tons of styrofoam coffer cups and fast food cartons etc from the thrust and soon ran, to the cheers of others at the side of the track. Funny to watch. Guy on the loudspeaker just laughed too and said "told you to move".

 

You must probably be as excited for the Benny's Bug as I was for the Shinobi, having bike blood, hope you like it when we get it.

they made those "fake lights", basically set the light id for the left brake light onto the polygons with the light texture. they're unbreakable so it's not a great solution for large light pieces, and doing this on the sm722 would be just as jarring as how it's set up right now. this is a step towards the "hacky workaround" i mentioned, but to better explain what i mean i would probably have to do a video on it.

 

also on that note, both left and right (custom) bumper brake light on the winky is set to use the left brake light id so if you lose the actual left brake light, the right brake light on the bumper will stop working as well. same with the custom spoiler on the ignus, losing the left brake light will make the spoiler brake light stop working

interestingly, r* actually went out the way to add a weird new system that lets them use more than the 4 extralights (and make them breakable!) while not letting them use more than 4 extralights (no, this isn't a typo) but only for modparts it seems. either way that's only usable for headlight/rooflight stuff, and it's just as unnecessarily restricted as the rest of the lights are - play around with bullbars and roof racks on the patriot mil-spec. it's actually very goofy.

fortunately, they're not. probably a weird issue on your end. those billboards are toggleable with a tunable and none of the platforms have it enabled

Weird. I even changed session and they are still there.

 

I will try to close the game and open it again.

Man, I hope so. I will say, the QOL changes broke the game less than I was expecting but there's still some stuff that really blows right now. The SP to invite only bug on gen 9, the ammo loss bugs on all platforms, matchmaking is broken again on gen 9, and yeah, it would be nice if they fixed the Terrorbyte so it can be used in IO.

For all the dataminers and what not, is there some infos or leftovers somewhere that would possibly point out to a tuner part 2 in the future ? That dlc as a whole felt like it was missing stuff.

Im not talking about the cars (even though we all know it missed some obvious ones). I mean LSCM levels for example, There is no real reason to go that high and to grind if it wasnt for them to eventually add things retroactively to unlock tied to the higher levels ( that are not clothes) . Or if there is going to be new contracts and/or features added to the auto shop.

the wording on the top post of this thread kinda gives me the suggestion that this is for discussing upcoming content in GTAO in general aswell as new dlc

 

so i think its appropriate for me to post this here, it was posted elsewhere in now basically-dead threads and im not sure a better fitting place soooo....

 

Heres all the new deathmatch intro animations, these are not visible in any deathmatches as is (including the "upgraded" deathmatches which don't play any animations at all atm...) but are theorized to be added for the community series games which make use of snipers/rpgs and i guess throwables.

 

 

 

animation 4 and 5 of the throwables are unused, with neither having facial animations either

So instead of making new animations for useless pvp hardly anyone would play they could spend that time and make quick kill animations when close to npcs to make pve gunplay more dynamic and interesting. RDR and RDR2 had those kind of animations present in both singleplayer and multiplayer and i don't see why would be an issue for GTAO...There shouldn't be engine limitations problem given how melee weapons like stonehatchet have that kind of rudimentary animation, only this time it would be with different firearms.

At least add crouch to the game, lol. Even gta san andreas have it. I mean "even gta san andreas"...tbh, gta sa was a game far ahead of it's time and have some sutff better than GTA IV and V. You can crouch, use dual pistols or smg's and the fighting system was way better, 3 different fighting styles: boxe, karate, kick-boxe.

The cayo perico heist is so easy 1.3/1.5 M Solo, Even with Bad loot is profitable, i don't approved Rockstar nerf with the times, but this people moving chairs to go thru the wall for what?? 200/300k more...i found it hilarious :sadkek: 

By the way iam not against people who do glitches to get some clothing or car, etc...but in this case playing the heist the way is meant to be played is still very profitable.

Ms and Mr Interloper are siting on 1110 crates, waiting for selling, 2x on crates would be nice as I don't want to get raided.
